The purpose of this monthly microarray meeting is three folds in large. 

1. To better communicate and collaborate among researchers in their microarray experiments and analyses. Meetings will involve short presentations of array data analysis, followed by discussion.

2. To keep everyone up to date with the informatics resources available in-house. We will discuss current analysis methods available as well as provide training on various microarray-related informatics resources available.

3. To discuss current microarray analysis issues and get up to date with new analysis methods. Meetings will sometimes involve journal presentations to address issues on MA analysis. We are planning to have a statitician on board to further fascilitate this.
