IMPORTANT: All Vector NTI users need to request a "static" IP address from their local computing support staff. We need static IP numbers to provide reliable, consistent access to paying users and to insure we are in compliance with software license agreements with Informaxinc.

In newer buildings , such as the Whitehead research area, the default IP assignments are dynamic which means that your number might change with every reboot. Therefore please take the time to insure that you have a "static" IP address. One of the more frequent causes of Vector NTI problems is that users have submitted a dynamic IP address and it changed subsequent to the submission so our license server rejects connection attempts.

If you do not have local computing support staff and/or you need to know how to determine the current network settings of your computer then please refer to the following link to determine your current network settings.
