Pathways Analysis is a web based software system that is accessible using Internet Explorer 5.5 or Firefox 1.0 from a Windows computer (Apple systems are not supported at this time). Your computer must meet or exceed the following requreiments:

  • Pentium processor, 400 MHz minimum
  • 512MB of memory
  • Monitor capable of displaying 1024x768 resolution
  • Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/NT
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later
  • Macromedia Flash 6 browser plug-in
  • Firefox 1.0 or higher
  • JRE version 1.4.2 or higher

If you have been given a Pathways Analysis userid and your computer meets the minimum specifications then please follow the instructions provided below to get start with the software.

Getting Started With Pathways Analysis

Start Use: From a Windows computer point your IE 5.5 or Firefox 1.0 Web Browser at https://analysis.ingenuity.com/pa/ and you will see a Sign In screen. Enter your userid and password. If you do no yet have these then you will need to apply for one by signing up for access:

Welcome Window: Upon login you will be placed into a welcome window where you can begin to create a new analysis and upload your experiment data. Training movies are available if you click Help:




Important: After you have logged in and gotten into the welcome window, to quit click the Sign Out button. Do not just close this window. It is required that you click Sign Out to quit properly. This is necessary to free up the seat for other users. We have a 1 concurrent user agreement, so users who forget to Sign Out can prevent others from using the system:
